Which pills work better?

My dermatologist says I may enjoy to take acne medication he told me that their are three different pills.from your personal experience which ones work better?Which pills work better?
Accutane works the best but it also have the most serious side effects. Of course you didn't mention what the pills are and depending on the type of acne you have will determine the efficiency of the medication.
