like if u draw from a paper cut or if u cut urself why does it swell upWhy does a cut swell up?

it's because the capillary/blood vessel got cut and the blood leak out of the blood vessel, blood accumulates within the space surrounding it (interstitial space). Blood contains red blood cells, white blood cell and platelets. Accumulation of blood and fluid gives the swelling, white blood cell come to fight for infection (if there's any) and platelets try to trademark blood thicken around the wound area so you don't bleed as much.
