Pimples are a small infection that your body is trying to exchange blows so, just resembling any infection, if you scratch it the pimple will grow. Eat smaller amount greasy food, less chocolate (Yes I'm sorry, smaller number chocolate) and nothing fried... Wash your frontage and hands adjectives the time 4-5 times a day minimum...
