Why does my daughter bring back red within the sun even though she have on sunblock?

I noticed today that when we be outside that she was really red, we come in, and it go away a little, but I other put on sunblock 50spf and I put it on way past we even go outside. I am not sure why her skin get so red?!?Why does my daughter bring back red within the sun even though she have on sunblock?
ok this happens to me plentifully and i'm asuming it's cuz i have a innate tan and my skin racts to the warmness by turing red.
you need to reapply every partly hour!

She is probably allergic to the sun. Talk to your doc going on for this but until you can see the doc she needs long sleeves and a hood on when she goes outside. Also SPF 50 is not required. They say 30 SPF is in recent times as good as 50.
