Why do i find some zigzag on the surface of my nail ??
Its just unprocessed, a lot of relatives have it. however, it can be a sign you're body is undersupplied chalk. do you have incredibly thin nail too? Drink more milk, and you'll be fine.
Are they white? I've heard that it's a sign of a nutritional defect.
