Why do I enjoy a bump at the unconscious center of my upper lip?

In about 5 minutes time, a somewhat huge bump appeared at the center of my upper lip.
I did not drink out of anyone's cup or eaten anything out of the boring today or the day up to that time.
I'm 14 years old and a mannish.
Of course, I'm not sexually active.
Could this be simply a cold sore?Why do I enjoy a bump at the unconscious center of my upper lip?
Doubt it is a cold sore they customarily take longer to develop.
Could possible be an insect bite, small cut that has become significantly irritated or infected. Could be a pimple. I would just keep under surveillance it and make sure it doesn't fine-tuning colors or form any pus. Infection is the last article you want to happen.
yeah it's probably a cold sore or you may own bumped it on something, or it's a bug bite. who knows. the weirdest things can come about. today i got toothpaste surrounded by my eye.

It sounds similar to allergies. It can be caused by pollen contained by the air or of late about anything. Take a Benadryl.

Could be a cold sore or acne; both can appear at the drop of a hat. Cold sores tend to engineer there appearance when your immune system is down, resembling when you are sick or stressed out, and normally you can have a feeling a tingling where it is give or take a few to strike!
