Passing out usually occur when not enough oxygen is getting to the people head.
If you lock your knees (ex.) no blood is getting to the people head, consequently when they unlock there knees, adjectives the blood rushing up their. Another reason for endorsement out, a rush of blood to there principal.
? Not sure what you mean by "black-outs?" There are various reasons for general public to suddenly become unconscious. Low blood pressure, drugs, seizure and several different medical conditions.
If a person have a black-out, they need to turn to the ER immediately.
