I give attention to you probably mean "20% Ejection fraction"...
Ejection fraction is the percentage of blood your heart pumps out within each pummel. Even in a respectable patient, the heart doesn't relinquish completely with respectively contraction. A healthy human being will pump out about 60% of blood near each whip. Your heart only pumps out 20% of its blood volume next to each whitewash. That is a pretty low number. But then again, some citizens compensate better than others- their vessels squeeze down so that they are competent to maintain their blood pressure even though they are not pumping blood as quickly as a healthy being.
You can get by next to less oxygen than most folks. Just lucky, I guess.
