Cut posterior on the salt, if you haven't already. Sit near you legs straight out and elevated, like on a couch beside a pillow under your calves. When you are pregnant, your blood volume increases, there is extra immensity and pressure on your legs and the blood vessels of you legs. It is not unusual for pregnant women to experience swelling to the foot and lower legs. Call your OB and talk to him if you are really concerned.
