White spot on frontage. I want to know how I get it.?

A couple days ago I was sweating due to the hot weather and this nouns was dry. Soon, it become a little white spot. And I dont know what to do. Can anyone update me how i got it and how I can cure it. I cant find a doctor appointment as yet. But are ther any suggestions? Any instinctive ways of curing it? Aveeno? Umm, its nothing to verbs about if you really filch good attention to detail of yourself. There are so many reason to get white spots not lone in your frontage but other parts of your body too it could probably be that your eating behaviour are too low in iron try to guzzle food that is big in iron, transport multivitamins that will help.Or it may be that your skin is too dry cuz of your soap you use or a body lotion could also be try Aveeno its the best choice for dry skin too. Another idea and this is my last one that i deduce it could be is skin cancer i don't know how big the spot is or how white it is but it could be, don't get my word for it, Just try to use sunscreen lotion when you're outdoors and don't stay outdoors for long period of time . My advice to you be in motion and see a doctor right away or a dermatologist a specialist just for skin.
Sometimes the sun can impose different skin irratations. Look around on the internet and see what you can find but be sure to get to the dr. if you return with worried about it.
