Tetracyclin..usually takes going on for 3 weeks to start seeing results and you usually take twice a afternoon. Eventually you could stop taking the pill when you are satisfied later just be in motion back on them if you take a "flare up". Combine with Neutrogena Face Scrub and the results will be even better!
Accutane or Retin A. Not sure if they're antibiotics though.

Doxycycline has be used for years. Make sure you drink plenty of water trailing it as it can cause pill induced esophagitis. Also, it may fashion you photosensitive.

Minocycline is the most widely used. It's inexpensive as well.
