What's wrong near my heart?

For the past month, in attendance have be several problems with my heart. The first two weeks, I feel pain contained by my chest. The doctor said it was due to costo chondritis and give me a few injections. It stopped hurting for a week. However, now my muscles are twitching, and they're up everywhere around my body, mostly in my chest nouns. I also get really edgy about this and I get a 130/87 once for my blood pressure. What can my problem be? Btw, I'm 17. Any suggestions?What's wrong near my heart?
Chest pain may also be due to like mad of things..
U should go rear to ur doctor and tell him just about d muscle twitching around ur body.. describe to him how do u feel and he'll surely know the answer..
