If you have an underactive thyroid you should be taking Synthroid or a generic hormone supplement.
I am on Synthroid and occaisionally own to take Vicodin, or Dilaudid for severe spasm from another medical condition. My doctor doesn't think this is a problem for me.
But, everyone's metabolism is different so you should bestow that decision up to a doctor.
I know a few culture who are hypothyroid and take Vicodin for menstrual cramps and it isn't a problem. You really inevitability to talkto your doctor about this though. Why are you need the Vicodin. If its because of muscle and joint ache which are quite adjectives while hypothyroid, then maybe you could be helped by switching to Armour or Naturethroid.
