even though the temperature of my body is mundane, my feet sole is cold.Why my foot sole get so cold?
this is a sign of unpromising cerculation...it helps to put your foot in hot dampen or do jumping jacks, it help get the blood flowing...
your foot get the most minuscule amount of blood. your body is warmer around the areas next to most blood i.e chest. head. and shoulders. thats also the sense why a cut on your foot will take longer to alleviate than a cut in your facade.
They say its impossible circulation, but I have other had this problem and catch around at home either beside socks on my feet or within winter time a good double act of slippers. Cheers and good luck.
