What genus of medicine are you taking? Are you taking the right nature of medication for your problems? You also might be alergic to some ingredients in your medication. Check it out beside a doctor to see which is causing your headache and sluggishness.
It could be the side effect of a specific drug you are taking. If you take say-so 10 different perscriptions at the same time.one or more of those drugs could be cause this side effect or more often later not, the COMBO of drugs taken may also be the problem.
You could also be sensitive or allergic to a specific ingredient found in most of your meds.

That's why there's warnings on most stomach-ache killers relating you not to opperate heavy machinery.
