Why is it that labs report non-fasting state when you read aloud you fast?

On more than a few ocassions and a few different labs, the test result said non-fasting when we told them we fast? This happened next to me, my kids, my husband too.Why is it that labs report non-fasting state when you read aloud you fast?
The lab just reports out what is on the requisition slip. If the techs or whoever walk off it blank or fill within different info, that is what will be reported final from the lab. It is good you remember your fast state, so that when you talk going on for the results with your doctor, you can make clear to him/her and he'll know how to interpret the results.
Check it does not mean a breadth, that means, if you would hold reported a non fasting state, your ranges would change. We only use them surrounded by case of emergency, the audition was not planned and the creature was not told to vigorous. What is important is your result and the ranges for fast state to say if that result be OK or not.
