Not everyone can benefit from intake Gluten Free foods. If u do not have Celiacs, a genetic predisposition for it, Gluten intolerance, or an allergy (or autism) it is not a apt idea to do teh GF diet bc it lacks abundant fibers and needed nutrients that are hard to substitute. In other words, if u dont own to, why would you?
For autism, its not really exactly known WHY it works, I estimate the theory is within is a slight connection between gluten intolerance and autism. In other words, by going GF, it sort of help de-gunk the autistic child's brain. But really none of it has be scientifically proven, but i figure if parents see improvemtn,t hen that's honourable enough. I personaly consider there's a connection between gluten and autism. I can term hundreds of Celiac's who have "brain fog" and other neurological symptoms when they be eating gluten.
But science is far far at the back. We barely enjoy any funding for autism research yet billions for AIDS. Nuff said.
