i was woundering if 60 is a good/bad blood suger horizontal i felt resembling i was going to outdo out and my vision started looking funny. i'm not a diabetic but my gramother is borderline and my aunt is and just now i've been intuition quesy and a little dizzy my blood sugar closing night be 95 at first and i felt sick so i drank some ginger juice and ate some straw berrys to see if that help then i wait for about and hour and a partly to two hours and it was 74 and i still feel like crap :XWhats a upright blood sugar smooth for someone my age?
60 is low. You appear to have hpyoglycemia so jump see your doc soon and get tested. Normal blood sugar is 70-110 but some population do feel low surrounded by the 70's. We own both suffered from low blood sugar and both of us ended up surrounded by the hospital.
