What's a liniary foot?
Lineary.
The definition of lineary is linear (lineal) feet. Basically a length of the distance between 2 objects.
feet within lenght
Linear foot is a measurement substance ''one foot of length'' for a given object or space. For instance lumber is sold by the linear foot. So if a 2" x 4" board is 12 cents per linear foot a 10 foot long 2 x 4 will cost you $1.20.
A LINEAR FOOT is simply all along a board. If you want to know the
area or volume of the board, you stipulation additional information. For
instance, 6 linear foot of 1-by-12 has an nouns of 6 square feet (12
inches = 1 foot, times 6 feet), and it's 1 inch sticky, so the volume is
1/2 cubic foot (6 square feet times 1/12 foot). But 6 linear foot of a
1-by-6 board would have partially the area and partially the volume.
A linear foot is a linear (length) measure.
