Specifically on your upper arms. I'm a 20 year old mannish and I'm not a big buff person, nearly 6 ft tall and 185 pounds, but I hold started working regularly 5 days a week for the past few months. I hold made great progress with putting on muscle. But I mind that I have red stretch grades on upper arms, they are between my pecs and where the bicep starts, right above the arm pit. I hold heard that coco butter is for stretch results for pregnant women but will it work for me, and if not what would work?Whats the best path to cure stretch results on your arms from working out? Do others enjoy this problem too?
There is no cure for stretch results. If someone could find a cure women would pay dearly for it. The just thing you can do is prevent them by keeping hydrated and putting lotion on. Once you hold them, keep that skin hydrated as they will spread. You can also try some of that Mederma motivation it can help minimize the harmed.
the only process to get rid of stretch results is plastic surgery...and no cocoa butter doesn't make them jump away...any time you stretch skin in a mode it's NOT supposed to go, it will set out a mark.
i hold it or had it ,i reason the reason is when you gain bulk while you are working out ,the only article that cures it is Time, dont bother bying expensive lotions or drugs or whatever its useless.
In time they will diminish and les visible and eventually you wont even thought them unless you look hard.
i dont really know if they will eventually disappear thaught:)
