1- while u r taking a shower rub ur underarms beside ab soap until it's all foamy go if for a min at this time rub ur knees (if they r dark) or ur feet near the punic stone not to hard though thoughtfully. Then go hindmost to ur underarms n scrub them in a highly gentle circular motion. Rinse next to water. Using the ab soap help get rid of the germs that causes odor dry the nouns well after apply the AHA lotion.
2- after half an hour or more apply the whitening cream. This have to be before going to bed.
3- surrounded by the morning wash the nouns thoroughly with soap n hose down. Dry and dust with infant powder. Avoid using deodorants coz some of the deodorants cause skin darken but if u really really have to use the ones for sensitive skin.
