Well I can share you a story. A friend of ours was diagnosed for testicular cancer and have to have one testicle removed and go through chemo and radiation. He and his wife were told probability of conceiving another child were pretty slim. Lo and behold they have a son. So there is no wise saying for sure. Leave it up to God.
