Whats cause me to catch adjectives of these bumps and pimples around my mouth?

They just come up.
I use carmex but it doesnt really work.
And no my mouth hasnt physically touched anything.Whats cause me to catch adjectives of these bumps and pimples around my mouth?
If they are cold sores (herpes simplex type one) in attendance isn't much you can do. I get them every four or five months and it's usually from drinking out of a cup someone else have drinken from, so I try to be careful, but you know how it is at party and gatherings. Check out the cooperation.
